How can I see your prices?
Because we offer so many different types of printing and products, it's hard to publish pricing for everything. Each order is unique in design, quanitiy, paper type, etc. There's no such thing as "one-size-fits-all". With that said, you can find pricing for some of our most common products under the Product drop down menu at the top. Things like Business Cards, Envelopes, Letterhead, etc. It's always best to contact us for a price though. We'll try and get back to you right away with a price so you can place your order and start marketing your business as soon as possible! Click here for a quote.
What are your turn-around times?
Most of our orders are completed withing 2-4 Business days depending on the product. There are some products that will have a standard turn-around time of 5-7 days due to special finish options, but we always try and complete these orders as fast as possible.
Can you RUSH my job?
In short, yes. There may come a time when you need a job right away, either same day or 1-2 days. Depending on the order we may be able to do this at no extra charge. However, sometimes things are a little more involved and it may mean we'll have to "bump" another job in order to get your's through production. So, if you need a rush, let us know and we'll give you a quote and let you know when is the soonest we can get it to you.
Do I have to do my own artwork?
We have a team of talented and experienced designers. So, we are able to handle any design job that comes our way while ensuring your business or organization is represented to it's highest potential. So, you don'w HAVE to do your own artwork, but your are more than welcome to. However, to avoid fees at pre-press.
